At first it seemed like it was going to be a solid, dependable option, but after using it for a while, the problems kept piling up. It started to feel like a bit of a bait and switch, sounded good upfront, but the actual experience just wasn’t reliable enough. I got tired of dealing with the issues and won’t be using them again.

I picked up a Rega deck recently, and the tonearm is what stands out the most. It just feels really precise and smooth, like it knows exactly what it’s doing. Records play clean and steady with no fuss. I was all calm and impressed about it at first, but then after a few albums I was like, okay, this thing is seriously good. Very happy with it

I was able to find what I needed eventually, so the site does work. But the menus felt a bit confusing, and after clicking around more than I expected, I started to lose some trust in how reliable or easy the experience would be next time.

I like the handmade feel of it, and you can tell some care went into the craft. That said, the finish isn’t totally perfect in a few spots, so it feels a bit hit or miss overall. Still nice, just not flawless...

I really wanted to like these, but the sound just felt kind of thin to me. The bass didn’t have much weight, and the highs started sounding harsh fast. I tried moving them around the room and even swapped cables to see if it helped, but I still couldn’t get a sound I enjoyed. Not saying it’s a scam, but for what they cost, I expected a lot more. I wouldn’t buy them again

The only reason I wouldn’t give it the full 5 stars is that comparing a few options properly took me a little while. Still, it’s a decent site overall, and the upgrades are explained in a way that feels helpful without making things more complicated than they need to be.

I was hoping there would be a bigger selection to choose from, but the range felt limited. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite what I expected.

I ordered from rega.co.uk and overall it went well. I got the confirmation email after paying and the tracking seemed to work alright, at least enough for me to know it was on the way. The parcel turned up in good condition and nothing was damaged, which is the main thing really. It did arrive a day later than I thought it would, so I can’t say it was super fast, but then again one day isn’t really a big delay, unless you’re waiting for something, which I sort of was. Anyway, happy enough with it and I’d probably order again

I’ve had a good experience with Rega overall. The products feel solid and well made, and the sound quality is definitely nice. Setup was straightforward too. That said, for the price, I was expecting it to feel a bit more impressive. It’s not a bad purchase by any means, but it does feel a little expensive for what you actually get

I picked this up expecting it to line up closely with my usual reference readings, so I was a little surprised when I tested it side by side. The numbers weren’t way off, but they didn’t quite match what I’m used to seeing either. I ended up checking a few times just to make sure it wasn’t me, and the calibration still seemed a bit off.

I went with Rega because I’ve always seen them as one of those brands that actually knows what they’re doing with hi-fi, that’s pretty much how it felt once I got it set up. The deck has a nice solid feel to it, and to my ears the sound is clean and easy to enjoy without needing to fiddle with it for ages.

The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that the setup instructions felt a bit too brief for someone like me who isn’t doing this every weekend. I got there in the end, but I think a little more hand-holding would’ve made the whole experience smoother. Still, I’m happy with it and would say it’s a good buy overall.

I’ve been really happy with the sound from my Rega. It’s clear and warm, but not in a sharp or harsh kind of way, if that makes sense. Just very easy to listen to, and I keep noticing it sounds better than I was expecting.
